All fitness classes at Force are FREE with a monthly membership. So whether you want to attend one in particular, or you want to try them all, you will not be limited!
Each class is programmed and progressed with a specific goal in mind, and they are designed to be utilized as a standalone training program, or as supplementary to your own training program. No two classes are the same, and they even compliment each other. We know life gets chaotic and schedules become busy, but you can always count on Force group classes to keep you motivated, keep challenging you to conquer new things in the gym, and keep you progressing to reach your fitness goals.

Strength
Get ready to build raw and foundational strength. Programming in the Adult Strength class focuses on mastering and progressing one big compound lift each session, followed by a combination of hypertrophy and accessory exercises to target supporting muscle groups and improve overall muscular development. This class is designed for anyone looking to improve their overall strength and technique. The programming is rigorous, and broken up into 8- or 10-week cycles, which allows for adequate time to be placed on improving specific strength movements.
Expect a blend of heavy lifting, controlled movements, and an emphasis on proper form. After the main lift, we'll supplement the session with a few targeted exercises to increase muscle size, enhance your movement patterns, and improve joint stability.
Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out, you'll leave each class stronger, more confident, and with a deeper understanding of your body’s ability.

Conditioning
Get ready to push your limits and take your cardiovascular fitness to the next level! Adult Conditioning is a high-energy conditioning class designed to boost your metabolic conditioning, improve your VO2 max, and enhance overall endurance. Each class utilizes different styles of training formats—including EMOMs, HIIT, Chippers, Timed Workouts, Circuits, and TABATAs—to challenge your body in different ways and keep things variable.
Expect to work hard and sweat it out as we cycle through powerful conditioning exercises using equipment like Row Ergs, Ski Ergs, Echo Bikes, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and boxes. Occasionally, we’ll also incorporate running for an added challenge to your stamina.
Whether you’re looking to build a stronger aerobic base, increase your metabolic capacity, or improve overall cardiovascular performance, this class will leave you feeling stronger, faster, and more conditioned. It's perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, we scale the intensity to meet your needs.

Sweat Masters
Kickstart your Saturday morning with a high-energy, partner-style workout that’s all about fun, teamwork, and pushing your limits! Sweat Masters is a dynamic class that blends strength and conditioning into one epic workout. Whether you bring a partner or team up with someone new, this class is designed to get you working together, supporting each other, and working towards a common target, while having a blast.
Each week, the workout format changes dramatically, keeping things fresh and exciting. From more strength-focused exercises to intense conditioning circuits, you’ll experience a mix of weight-training, cardio, and bodyweight movements. The best part? You’ll partner up for a lot of the work, encouraging each other, sharing the load, and motivating each other to push through the same challenges.
Expect a variety of training formats, from team challenges to alternating exercises, and everything in between. The workout will be a bit longer than your average class, giving you the opportunity to dig deeper in a fun and supportive environment.
