Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the top tier fitness plan that Force Gym has to offer. Prior to signing up, each person receives a complementary initial consultation to discuss their goals, their exercise history, and their expectations. The coach will also perform an fitness assessment based on the conversation to begin formulating a program for the individual moving forward. During this assessment, you will be able to see your areas of improvement and witness how the coach structures their workout sessions. The price of each session varies based on the coach, and the number of sessions purchased in the package. However, typical 1-on-1 coaching sessions at Force Gym range between $60-$80 per session.

To make things easier on people looking to begin their fitness journey, we ensure that they are not obligated to purchase a gym membership they would not use. Although we encourage everyone to join the gym as members, many people who work directly with a coach do not use the gym on their own, thus we give them the option!
