Dr. Riley Mullins
Dr. Riley has worked in gyms since she was 18 years old. She started as a personal trainer, jumped into sales, worked her way up to management, dabbled as a Social Media Manager for major big box gyms, and now runs and manages FORCE Gym in Naperville. From family-owned gyms to corporate gyms, Dr. Riley has felt the most gratitude at gyms that encompass a family and community dynamic. That’s one thing that every person on the FORCE team takes pride in, making you feel like family.
Having the ability to run and manage a gym with the team she and Dr. Isaac created has allowed her to take all the aspects she’s loved from previous gyms she’s worked at, and leave all the things people always complained about; bad hours, too expensive class-based memberships, coaches who are under qualified, impossible cancellations! Her goal is to hear your fitness goals and set you up with a plan at FORCE Gym that not only works for you, but excites you.
If you are the lifter who has an early start to the day and loves a quiet gym- or the work junky that doesn’t slam the laptop shut till 10 pm, our membership gives you 24/7 access to our facility.
If you haven’t been to the gym in a while, and the equipment looks a little intimidating, but you know you need to start somewhere- our memberships also offers you unlimited classes with certified coaches and even doctors who lead the classes that not only program the workouts for you, but modify and progress exercises for you based on your current fitness level.
If you’re looking for a personalized one on one training program with one of best coaches out there 2/3 times a week, but you go to a different gym you love for your own workouts, you don’t even need a membership here! Your training can be completely separate, and you can come into FORCE just to train with your coach.
Not to mention our online training options, and app guided memberships that can be taken with you to any gym—no matter what your goals, finances, or busy schedule is, FORCE Gym has an option for you.
Dr. Riley is also the Co-owner of Resilient Spine & Performance, a chiropractic practice that blends traditional chiropractic care with movement and strength training. By combining chiropractic care with a gym, Dr. Riley hopes to help her patients achieve a long-term cure for their pain.
Dr. Riley received her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from National University of Health Sciences, which propelled her into National University’s graduate program where she achieved her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
