Coach Elliott

Coach Elliott brings over 10 years of experience in the coaching and fitness industry, with expertise spanning a variety of disciplines, including General Group Fitness Classes, One-on-One Training, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and CrossFit.

Growing up as an athlete, Coach Elliott participated in baseball, track and field (both as a sprinter and a thrower), and developed a deep appreciation for diverse sports and competitive environments. Additionally, he trained in boxing and competed on a collegiate-level rowing team for two years.

Coaching Specialties:

  • Olympic Weightlifting

  • Group Fitness Training

  • General Strength Training (for all age groups)

  • Muscle Building

Coach Elliott is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at North Central College, with an expected graduation date of May 2025. His future endeavors include pursuing a Masters’ Degree within the field of Exercise Science and Kinesiology.

His additional certifications include:

  • CrossFit Level 2 Certification (CFL2)

  • USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification (USAW1)

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) (currently pursuing)

  • Exercise Physiologist Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-EP) (currently pursuing)

  • USA Weightlifting Level 2 Certification (USAW2) (currently pursuing)
