Michael Wagner
Coach Michael is a dedicated Sports Performance Coach with a proven track record of helping athletes unlock their full potential. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from Benedictine University, Michael combines his academic expertise with hands-on coaching experience to design customized training programs that optimize athletic performance at all levels.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked with athletes ranging from youth to collegiate levels, developing and implementing programs focused on strength, speed, power, and overall athletic development. He has worked with several Division 1 football players and professional hockey players throughout his time as a performance coach.
His additional certifications include:
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) (currently pursuing)
In addition to his coaching role, Michael serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Benedictine University, where he is responsible for creating training programs for collegiate athletes. He is also the Varsity Defensive Line Coach at Benet Academy, where he has coached multiple Division 1 recruits, with more continuing to progress.
Coach Michael is committed to fostering an environment that empowers athletes to excel in their respective sports and to support their long-term athletic development. His ultimate goal is to help every athlete he works with become the best version of themselves.
