Small Group Training at Force is a refreshing approach to fitness. We offer custom designed sessions specifically tailored to 2-4 people with similar needs and goals.

If you need an individualized fitness plan, but still love working out with others, then small group training is for you. Instead of working 1-on-1 with a coach, small group training gives you the attention you need, with the motivation from others around you. Additionally, since there are others in your training session, small group training is a cheaper option than 1-on-1 training! All you have to do is find someone (or multiple) you wish to workout with, and meet with a coach to discuss a plan.
