About the Gym
Force is an old-school style gym with a modern approach to fitness. We are dedicated to serving the competing athletes, weekend warriors, workout junkies, and regular day nine to fivers of Naperville and its surrounding area. We offer daily group training classes, 1-on-1 personalized coaching, sports performance training, and powerlifting prep coaching.
Force Gym is unlike any other. Our small, community gym is owned, managed, and coached by Doctors. The doctors associated with Force are Chiropractors who specialize in musculoskeletal and sport-related injuries. We emphasize proper lifting techniques and safe exercise progressions. If you are part of the Force exercise programming, our coaches will elicit the necessary expertise to progress and regress exercises that are best for you! Force Gym not only provides an energetic atmosphere, but it also provides a safe and monitored workout environment.

To go along with our structured, multiple phase program, our prep analyzes your technique and identifies your strengths and weaknesses to build the perfect plan in lead up to meet day.
